PeopleService has a Management Team that have operating experience, and who act in the capacity as either a region manager or are involved in technical support of the on-site personnel. They are not engineers, but specialists in what they do, the day-to-day treatment of water and wastewater in a municipal setting, and in dealing with the people who are the ultimate customers, the residents in your community. All of theses people are connected to each other and have various means of communication that enable them to work as a team when the needs arise. There are no organizational or regulatory boundaries that preclude us from bringing any or all of them to bear on issues affecting the operations in your community. Along with regulatory compliance and protection, one of PeopleService's highest priorities is that our clients be satisfied with our service.

The Region manager, an experienced, licensed operator himself, will be responsible for providing (hiring) the necessary, licensed personnel to complete the daily operation and maintenance of the facilities and to meet permit requirements. In addition to hiring the personnel the Region Manager has the ongoing responsibility of providing direction, oversight, training and mentoring of the employees assigned to the City's facilities. Having this management position filled with a manager who is experienced in the water and wastewater industry is one of the advantages the City derives from using PeopleService as compared to continued operation by City employees.
